Lucy Liu (born Lucy Liu) is an American voice actor as well as a director producer and singer. She is a beautiful and knowledgeable actor, she is an inspiration to numerous Asian actors who wish to make it big in Hollywood. After a series of initial appearances on popular TV shows, her fame was boosted by joining the crew of the cult comedy series Ally McBeal where she played the villainous Ling Woo. She translated her newfound fame into roles that were filmed on the large screen with Shanghai Noon, Charlie's Angels and other films. After that, she delivered an excellent performance in Quentin Tarantino Kill Bill Volume 1 as Japanese criminal O Ren Ishii. In the meanwhile, she also played lead roles in some box office failures such as Rise: Blood Hunter.
