Regina Marie Fischer (born March 7, 1974), [2] is an American actress. She is well-known for her character Pam Beesly in The Office (2005-2013). For her role she was nominated 2007 for the Primetime Emmy Award as Outstanding Supporting Actress in the field of a Comedy Series. The show also had her as its producer. In the NBC comedy-drama You, Me and the Apocalypse she was also Rhonda McNeil. Fischer has also been a part of the ABC sitcom Splitting Up Together (2018)-2019. Fischer is currently co-hosting Office Ladies. Her first book, The Actor's Life, A Survival Guide, was published the month of November in 2017. Fischer was raised in St. Louis and was born in Fort Wayne (Indiana). [4][5She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Anne Miller Her mother, is a history teacher. James E. Fischer, her father is engineer. There is a younger sister, Emily, a third grade teacher. Seven years ago, at the age of six, old she performed her first act. She was enrolled in an acting workshop taught by her mom at Henry School in St. Louis. The class was also instructed by Sean Gunn. She was a student at Pierremont Elementary in Manchester, Missouri and Nerinx Hall High School, which is a Catholic all-girls private Catholic school, in Webster Groves. The 9-year-old holds a Bachelor of Arts in theater and a minor in journalism, from Truman State University, where she first enrolled as pre-law major.
